The Essential mattress by Dorel Signature Sleep is designed with all the necessary features a mattress can offer to assure that we provide you with a perfectly sound sleep, night after night, year after year. This 6 inch innerspring coil mattress contains 312 sturdy 13.5 gauge tempered steel coils, on top of which rests cushioning layers for dream-worthy comfort; two 100% polyester insulation pads, and two foam layers are found above and beneath the coils to protect them, but also to provide the necessary resilience so that you never feel the coils, even after years of use. For your convenience and even more cost savings, this mattress is shipped compressed, rolled and vacuum sealed. We care about your comfort, but we also care about the environment. This mattress contains certified foam, whose manufacturing process prevents volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) from being released into the atmosphere. For your safety, this mattress meets federal flammability standard 16 CFR 1633.

We accept returns for 30 days of receipt of your order but CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED FOR DAMAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. Q: How do you package my merchandise to prevent shipping damages?
A: All merchandises are brand new and in factory original package. They are all thoroughly inspected prior shipping. Occasionally, some items may be repacked and reinforced just to be sure they will arrive safely.

Q: How do you ship my merchandise and what are the terms?
A: We usually ship through FedEx Ground or UPS. We are very satisfied with their service and no problem has occurred so far. Sometimes we use common carriers for over sized items.

Q: Just in case, what should I do if I find items damaged on arrival?
A: Please inspect the packaging and items before you sign to receive the merchandise. In case you find any damage in the items, please have it signed by the carrier /driver and send us a description and digital photograph of the damaged items/parts. We will assist you in the damage claim. Please know that we can not assist you in your claim for any damages or discrepancies after the package has been accepted upon delivery.
