We accept returns for 14 days of receipt of your order but CLAIMS MUST BE REPORTED FOR DAMAGE WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT. CLAIMS NOT REPORTED WITHIN THIS TIMEFRAME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. No exceptions. Please note: Photos are required for damage claim submission. Photos of the damage and of any noticeable damage to the inner/outer packaging or cartons are REQUIRED in order for claims to be processed.. We will refund the cost of the returned items minus round trip shipping costs and 20% restocking fee.

Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and resalable. . Before returning any product, obtain approval by contacting us and please provide the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Once we have received your return, we will apply the credit amount to your credit card or payment method.

We will ship your item between 1 – 3 business days via FedEx/USPS or UPS. Larger items ship freight with a handling time no longer than 3 business days. We do not ship outside the Continental U.S., nor do we ship to PO or APO boxes.
