Shipping & Delivery
We will ship your order using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Therefore, we have established strong relationships with some of the best delivery companies nationwide. Every product on our site has been carefully selected to ship by a particular shipping method in order to provide you with an optimal delivery experience. When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage you to track your package online or on the phone with the carrier. Most companies can provide an estimated delivery date.
Small Parcel: Whenever possible we will ship smaller, lighter items via FEDEX ground. FEDEX provide the fastest and most reliable method of shipping available for many items we sell. Depending on how close you are to the shipping warehouse, your item will arrive between 1 and 10 business days after it leaves the warehouse.
Truck Freight: Curbside Delivery - Many items we sell are too large or too heavy to ship using FEDEX. Therefore, our best option is to ship it to you using a common carrier. Truck freight is different than standard FedEx, it is curbside delivery and you will be responsible for carrying the product from the curb into your house (or wherever it's going). Truck Freight also differs from Small Parcel in that, for residential deliveries, you will be contacted by the shipping carrier to schedule a delivery appointment. Most companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm EST, Monday through Friday. The most important thing to remember about truck freight is that you must inspect the package at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or if there is any reason for you to be at all concerned about damage, please write "PRODUCT DAMAGED" clearly on the sheet that they ask you to sign. This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of the problem. If you are ordering a very large item, please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help bring it into your house. 
Free Shipping: Items marked FREE SHIPPING on the product page will ship for free! In order to keep your costs down and our pricing simple, we either provide free shipping or, in certain cases, charge shipping per item. This charge, if any, is indicated in your shopping cart and covers ground shipping within the continental United States. We won’t surprise you with any hidden charges or handling fees. The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay, with one exception.

Returns & Replacements
 
Cancellation Policy: Please contact us right away if you need to cancel your order. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process an order cancellation, and that it is possible that your order cannot be stopped for shipment up to 48 hours before it ships. Customers will be issued a full refund for orders that are canceled and have not shipped out. Customer is responsible for round trip shipping costs and 20% restocking fee for orders that are canceled and have shipped. Please note: We do offer free shipping on our website, but the customer will be responsible for the actual shipping cost for orders that are canceled after shipping out. So, if you need to cancel your order please do so before the order ships out to avoid these fees.

Return Policy: Please notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order if you would like to make a return. We will refund the cost of the returned items minus round trip shipping costs and 20% restocking fee. Please note: We do offer FREE SHIPPING on our website, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs incurred on returned orders (this includes the cost of shipping the item to the customer AND back to us). Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and resalable. . Before returning any product, obtain approval by contacting us and please provide the following information: customer name, item(s) to be returned, and the nature of the problem. Once we have received your return, we will apply the credit amount to your credit card or payment method. 

 Mattress Return Policy: Mattress Sets are non-returnable upon signature at delivery. Mattresses are non-returnable if opened or taken out of their plastic wrapping.  Upon delivery and before you sign the shipping receipt, inspect the mattress, foundation, or mattress set.  Damaged or defective mattresses, foundations, or mattress sets qualify for a full refund only if you refuse the items at the time of delivery. 

Damaged or Defective Orders: Please notify the delivery person if your order looks damaged, and refuse delivery of all damaged or defective merchandise. Once delivery has been refused with the shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for a full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you free of charge. If your order arrives with concealed damage please notify us immediately. We will need a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any additional supporting documents, like digital pictures, emailed to customerservice@imtinanz.com . Once we have received this information we will file a freight claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf. The shipper will then review the claim and, if approved, send you a check for the damages. Please note that we cannot guarantee payment of concealed damage freight claims, so please inspect your order carefully at the time of delivery and refuse any shipments that appear damaged to ensure a free replacement or full refund.

You can viewer your order by signing into your account. After signing, go to my account tab and view your order. We also send confirmation email with full order details when customer submits the order.
